Sareece Brown
Sareece was raised in Franklin, TN and grew up taking hunter jumper riding lessons. “I never was able to have my own horse,” Sareece says. “I can remember crying myself to sleep as a little girl and praying that God would allow me to have my own pony. I could of cared less what it looked like.” Sareece spent most of her summers growing up cleaning stalls for a local horse trainer in exchange for riding lessons. Now, it seems like all of Sareece’s prayers have come true and ten-fold.
Sareece attended and graduated from Western Kentucky University, and had the opportunity to ride on the Equestrian Team while she was there. “I learned so much while I was there. Dr. Charles Anderson taught me so much about basic horsemanship and I truly believe he is the reason why I am the caliber of rider I am today,” says Sareece.
Sareece is an Affiliate Broker with a local Real Estate Company in Franklin and stays busy with helping many others find their dream home/farm. She is also the contact and organization behind the stallion that they stand at Yellow Creek Ranch, the 2005 NRCHA Open Bridle World Champion, Start Me A Tab. When breeding season comes she is very busy serving clients with the best customer service that she can give them. “I want to have a great relationship with our clients and try to keep up with Tab’s babies. I don’t ever want our operation to get so big that I do not feel that I can still do this.”
In 2008, Sareece rode “Dun It With A Fritz” to the…
— NRCHA 5K Non-Pro Limited Southeast Regional title
— NRCHA 5K Non-Pro Limited Reserve National Champion
— ’08 PHBA Amateur Working Cow Horse World Champion
“I feel blessed beyond my wildest dreams. I never thought I would have the opportunity not only ride horses again, but much less even own one. Now I have a barn full of the most amazing and talented horses that I have ever hoped for. I am a true example that God does answer prayers.”
